private party details:
4 guests minimum to book your private party
room fees are due at the time of booking, and yep, it’s non-refundable. once it’s booked, your spot is locked in!
facial prices: $69 for members, $99 for non-members. plus, we’ll add a 20% gratuity (because, hey, our estheticians are amazing). you can pay this in advance or when you arrive—totally up to you!
if you pay ahead and decide to shop at facebar the day of, no worries—we’ll just process everything through your profile on blvd. just remember, facials have to be paid as part of your facial service, not an open sale. we’ve got you covered on the details in your contract.
final headcount:
we’ll need your final headcount 48 hours before the party. this helps us get the paperwork to everyone before the fun begins!
party time blocks & fees:
4 clients: 1 hour - $150 room fee
5-8 clients: 2 hours - $250 room fee
9-12 clients: 3 hours - $400 room fee
extra deets:
for fully booked parties (all estheticians on deck), we’ll need an extra 30 minutes to clean up the fabulousness after your event. trust us, it’s worth it.
the party contract:
once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send over a contract. room fees are charged right when you book, and it’s up to the party organizer to send us the headcount 48 hours before the event so we can send forms to your crew.
